James Ewart Racing tales from Lucy 24th Nov

Sorry everyone it's been a while! Enjoying the good spell of racing and winners everyone very happy at home which suits me. They all have a Christmas Ball to look forward to in aid of the Injured Jockeys Association in the pipeline at Shap Wells Penrith on the 22nd December.

Here's Rockawango the morning after his win at Carlisle who found his own cat and mouse display very amusing. Snuker also very happy after his wins,  he was sleeping before and after the race being fed and given carrots whilst lying down - ahh the life of these racehorses!

Walker-talkie forgotten one morning so trainer reverting to the more traditional communication method...See below!

David Mac always tells everyone off for taking the wrong route on the gallop but the photographs prove he is on his own - he blamed his hat over his eyes this time!

Looking forward to plenty of racing next week but can’t complain today as got a long walk making good use of the hills surrounding us here.

Have a good Sunday evening, I’m off to watch the X Factor.
