Welcome To James Ewart Racing

We are one of Scotland’s most successful National Hunt racehorse training yards. We are set at The Craig which is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful Scottish Border town of Langholm. We are surrounded by scenic hills and ample forestry- our location is just truly superb for training racehorses.

Here at James Ewart Racing we have excellent facilities, quality racehorses in training, and a team of professionals that are young, ambitious and dedicated. Without all of this we wouldn’t be where we are today, which is a reputable National Hunt racehorse training yard that is growing. Year on year we increase in the volume of horses we train, which in turn increases our runners, winners and prize money.

On a personal note I would like to take the time to thank you for visiting our new website, here you can get the chance to find out about myself as well as my staff, horses, day to day goings on in our yard blog and most importantly when we bring home a winner!

I hope that the content, photos and videos give you a good insight into what we are about-  I use the term 'we' as James Ewart Racing would not be here today without the involvement of family, friends, staff, horses, owners, racing enthusiasts and fans.
